Have you comprehended the Interrupt Enable Bits in the IE register (SFR @ A8h) in the DS80C320 ??

Bit 6 - ES1 - This bit needs to be set to 1 to enable the RI1 and TI1 flags in SCON1 to be able to generate interrupts.

Bit 4 - ES0 - This bit needs to be set to 1 to enable the RI0 and TI0 flags in SCON0 to be able to generate interrupts.
