If you really are so doubtful about your Interrupt.
Why don't you just remove "etc" (only for checking purpose)

Just have a simple ISR like.

1> entering ISR.
2> toggle a free port pin (or one with led)
3> clear flag (ti or ri)
4> exit ISR.

Let Timer-0 set ti with fix interval.
now check the port pin with CRO, that will clear your doubt about ISR.
