Never having liked TV very much, I didn't own a TV until the very late '89's. I do remember watching the program in question in the house in which I lived in the early '90's. Perhaps we're referring to different incidents. I was completely unaware of the one to which you refer.

What I do remember is an Audi executive being interviewed and staunchly denying that these incidents had occurred.

Now, I don't deny that TV program personnel sometimes "fiddle" with the facts in order to increase the impact of their work.
