I formatted code. By the way, two hc165's clock, clock inhibit and shift/Load inputs are common (not all of them just same signals). There are pull-up resistors. All not connected pins of HC165s grounded with resistor (as it is said in datasheets). One HC165's serial output (QH) connected to other's serial-in (SER) input. Thanks.

(I'm planning to switch to one of those 40pin AT89S52,8253,... etc. shame on me!)
