#162756 - Yes, you're correct, and I undestand, connecting...
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Per,

Your response is correct, I'm trying to correlate two posts at the same time, someone mentioned I should use the 22Hz (as an example) to gate the high frequency clock (5Khz) to calculate the time actual value from those two events from their frequency inversion. Your response I understand, I should be measuring the 'time' of the 5Khz continuous wave based on how many times the 22Hz input interrupts the cycle between the two events and then base my output calculation on that delta time difference. Would that be a correct assessment? I drew it in the Frequency domain because that is what the external hardware would be providing correct? I do realize that this entire calculation needs to be in the time domain, I'm just having trouble on how to convert that properly to C so I can at least get a working baseline!

I'm apologize, I think I have the idea, now its translating all of this info into C that's messing me up!
