which is corect, but it is RAM you need for sure, I can not determine if you need ROM as well.

the guy who teachs this kinda stuff [here there s only one] uses one burner, n programs the microcontrollers by it and use it in the projects, he just uses an oscillator n a few capacitors n resistors to make it work
One would hope (evidently to no avial) that, at least, those that 'teach' would be current in their technology.
Well since you insist on gong ahead without 'live' debuuging capabilities, well see a lot of you here.
