Please stop with the impossibility thinking and move over to a positive thinking style.

Get your self a board with a SiLabs chip on it. A board such as this one:

... has a C8051F340. That part has a 4K byte RAM built right into the chip so you have to interface NOTHING to get it.

You can easily develop with this board. You will need to obtain a SiLabs USB JTAG Debug pod.
