Hi There,

I remember in the early 1990's 256x8 proms were available, however they don't seem to available now. I want to generate a digital sinewave, for which requires a counter fed into a prom driving a dac.

Does anyone here know where these proms are available, I've tried Digikey but they don't seem to have them.
