#184026 - No ... that one's only a 15" display ... Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Yes, I know ... it would be unwieldy trying to use a 20" display and a full-sized keyboard while walking down the street. However, lots of people sit in the coffee shop shouting into their cellphones, or (much less annoying) texting or web-surfing.
Some of us would be happy to attach the peripherals to a cellphone that would then become a notebook, or, in my case, plug the necessary module into a port on a notebook, converting it into what I want to use at that moment. I'm not saying that it would replace the convenient pocket-size cellphone, but it would make it possible for those of us aging, and therefore visually-challenged individuals to do some of the stuff that the young whippersnappers do with their cellphones. It just seems like a missing piece in the overall architecture of the system. Isn't the current system targeted at the folks who would most often make phone calls and occasionally text and surf? What about those of us who mostly surf and would occasionally like to send a text message or make a voice connection? RE |
