Do you have some good financing? Mouser (http://www.mouser.com) has the 2000F unit listed at $83.32 each. You would have to negotiate with them for quantity pricing at the levels you mentioned. Mouser has 14 available so you could get all those at the 10-off pricing of $77.58 each.
