You did not specify what voltage you need your power delivered at. Can you live with the fact that the Maxwell's are only rated at 2.7 volts maximum? You would presumably need to series them up to achieve higher voltages at the net equivalent loss of capacitance.

Note that there may be issues involved with paralleling units as well. This would be a factor related to variance of internal capacitor ESR from unit to unit and change related to other influencing factors.
