#171422 - silly me
Responding to: ???'s previous message
I must have been simply blind.

The 8021 datasheet downloaded from the URL I gave above indeed contains a section, telling how to do that:
"8021 datasheet" said:
8021 Testing and Debug
To facilitate testing and debug, certain test modes may be activated in the 8021 by raising combinations of RESET, TEST 1 and PROG to 15 volts. Internal ROM is dumped out sequentially for verification. External memory operation is used for CPU checkout.

A table follows, showing the details.

Although the pinout does not contain a TEST1 pin, from the rest of datasheet it follows, that it is just another name for T1, see for example item 3 in the Differences Between the 8021 and 8048 list in conjunction with T1 ZERO CROSS CHARACTERISTICS table.

Now, the question is, how many 8021 specimens do you have for experimenting with building a readout rig... ;-)
