Wire wrap long pins are good idea, i'll check this. Final construction is not decided yet, i have to think more.. 40 pins seems enough - i have 19 addr+ 8 data + VCC+GND + chip selects. Placing all on one board is possible , but on 2 layer board (with 0.3 mm min route and space ) big space will be consumed mainly by routes/vias. And this seems very non-beauty. About speed - in worst case i'll go under 10Mhz clock. And mybe stacking will give me shortest bus length. regards |
