fullduplex
4 cables....

Not only Tx and Rx signal from uart.Also contain DCD RTS DTR.
So let said 3x4 cables =12 cables
I'm forcing to using 8 cables like CAT-5.
12 cables didn't available here(don't mention about online purchase).Low budget experimenter.

Can you provide the wiring schematic ? . I think you may not require RTS and DTR . Also which RF Transceiver are you using?
