Such generators can also have the ability to generate single tones with a great frequency and amplitude stability. Harmonic distortion level is rather good. With 3.5Mhz xtal, offered for telephony, the maximum available frequency is 1633Hz. Since these generators are xtal controlled the required frequency you may want can be provided by simply using higher frequency xtals. Besides that they are very cheap. I had used KS58015. |
