that provide 90% of the needed information, and of which some parts, if not incorrect, are, at least somewhat misleading. For example, there's no timing information given at all.

Over the years, I've watched the evolution of that site's references to EPP, and I'm persuaded that there's been lots of writing and not very much experimentation.
