#147414 - Maybe, but if they tried it last time ...
Responding to: ???'s previous message
I've consistently found more irrelevant "hits" returned by the search tool than relevant ones. I know search is a difficult thing in a forum like this one, where people frequently use titles totally irrelevant to the subject of their post, e.g. "HELP ME", etc. However, if enter a query of LCD, I expect every "hit" to contain the search term. As soon as it fails that test, it's useless, and I probably will not consider it "next time." Maybe it would be helpful for the search result to highlight the search term, as some www search engines do.
