DSP, huh!, well the Fluke 45 uses the 6303 MCU, the Fluke 8840/42 uses the Z86-Zilog MCU, hardly DSP class processors? and yet readings from these meters are encredibily stable.


You really don't know what "DSP" is do you ? And your grasp of sampled data theory is shaky, to say the very least.
I'd shut up and listen, if I were you, lest it make me look very very stupid.
