You HAVE the bloody analysis for an RC filter - thats what mine and Christophe's code does - it uses DSP techniques to simulate a first order filter. If you think you have to use a digital signal processor to do DSP you are wildly wrong !

You haven't said what your actual hardware is doing grounding wise. If you have a dual slope ADC going wrong in the last 2 digits you have hardware problems.

1 digit of fluctuation in the LSB is pretty well impossible to avoid.

I should moderate the tone of my language, if I couldn't fix something, didn't understand the answers and accused my helpers of being stupid.
