The frequency responce of any ADC is dependant or determined by sampling frequency, however I'm not trying to measure fast time variant signals, only very stable d.c. only.


For someone who doesn't know how to implement a first order filter, you are remarkably sure of your facts. My point is that the O/P of a high res DVM is the result of a lot of filtering, so it is oversampled like the clappers internally.

The frequency response of the OUTPUT of an ADC based system is based on the software/firmware/hardware behind it.

Please bear in mind that the guys here have done, repeatedly, what you cannot - get a stable reading off an ADC.
