I'm like most others around here. I don't know enough about memory refresh rate requirements, double data rate or otherwise, to address your question intelligently, so I have no comment regarding your original post. On the other hand, I felt bad watching your question drift down into the dark grey without any responses. I didn't want you to think we were all ignoring you. So I posted this response. Look at it on the bright side. At least now your question will get moved back to the top of the list.
