I use an old router with a commutator motor, it is even so bad it sometimes need half a turn (with the power off) to start. Any commutator motor (the worse, the better) is a wonderful EMI generator (just try your $5 FM radio nest to it). OH, BTW if there is a "spark damping capacitor" on the commutator, remove it.
