Integrate Development Entities
The IDE by itself does not do diddlysquat, it only integrates existing tools. These tools are not part of the IDE, the IDE just access them. Since Jack Peacock refer (among others) to 'Eclipse' which according to his statement "does (more than) edit, compile, link and debug" I challenge him to state where to find a description of the Eclipse compiler since Eclipse evidently can compile.
