Jeff, see, you've got it absolutely right. Our government(s) impose upon us speed limits on the roads. And there is more - the crossroads are being replaced by roundabouts, speed bumpers are built, the police is patroling all the time with radars on. And I guess the limits already saved my own life several times - without them, I'd speed like crazy. It's still allowed to go as fast as possible on racetrack. JW PS.
