Hi Kai,

I am devoutly Christian, and I am curious why you believe this germane to the thread.

In any case, I agree whole-heartedly that one gets a great deal in return from helping others. You will never learn more about any given subject than when you teach it to someone else. Throw in the good will of the one helped, the increase in reputation, etc., and one must quickly conclude that there is indeed far more to be gained by helping others than mere self-satisfaction.
