Like Steve says, "Study resonance very, very carefully." My added hints are - (1) Recall the two basic forms - series and parallel, (2) Write the impedance transfer functions of each, (3) Will the two basic forms allow you to answer parts a, b & c, or must you move on to considering an alternate form which models physical components?
