This circuit cannot work, because there's no path for the unavoidable input bias currents of OPamp to signal ground! But even if so, the voltage divider would allow to settle 92Vss between the both non-inverting inputs of OPamp, which is absolutely deadly, when supplying it by a 9V battery! Chitrakar, what you do is dangerous, at least in the way you do it!!! You must be absolutely clear, when you intend to connect something to mains. You would not be the first person being seriously injured or even killed!!! Kai |
