oh..forgive me for not including the values..it was that I cut/paste that ckt from internet...I had done mine on paper but the ckt is same anyway..I used for R'=10M and R"=5M. Since mine is just a hobby project, I did not include like esd protection.anyway, my real curiosity was why commercial DVM dont use transformers withourt burning. but mine did or that my cktry is not what the commercial DVMs use. of course, I wouldnt have been surprised if the opamps (in my ckt)were powered by power supplies connected to the same ac supply. But they werent.or is it possible that there was leakage through table or my body? (maybe not or i would have been dead by now or maybe...).. |
