Suited parts are SMBJ6.5 or SMBJ6.5C, for instance, assuming that supply voltage is about 5V. Similar parts seem to be available with Electronika (Chennai),pester them to email their SMD discrete stock list you will find other interesting parts. So, you should easily can use a standard diode like SM4002, for instance. They seem to stock the SM4007 a higher voltage part than the SM4002. Regards, John. |
