Suited parts are SMBJ6.5 or SMBJ6.5C, for instance, assuming that supply voltage is about 5V.

But before you buy these parts: I have had a look at datasheet of KSC2328 and found, that this transistor very probably does not turn-off the solenoid very fast. So, you should easily can use a standard diode like SM4002, for instance.
