#101845 - BAV70 or 1N4007 Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hello Prahlad,
I have been using BAV70, with 2N2222A, there are two diodes inside this package, and I parrellel them. I have used them on 12V/100 ohm relays. This is available in SOT23, these are equivalent to 1N4148 and you will have to check whether this will suit your purpose, the reverse spike may be higher in your case. 1N4007 is also available easily in SMD package. This will work with most selenoids with its higher rating. For high speed clamping BYD17 and BYD35 seems to be available (Elektronika) but I have not tried these. Regards, John. |
