Yeah, it came with a CD. The software is supposed to be in english and chinese, but it only displays in chinese, installs with no option to select language. I used the serial port, no usb/serial cable to add to the possible issues. As a side note, the USB port on the board is for power only and the serial is for communication. I dont think the software even works with this board, because it is kind of obvious what the buttons do (open files, save files, download to chip, read from chip etc), but it never works and the errors are in chinese so i cannot figure out what i need to do to fix it. Anyways, I'm ready to toss it up as a loss. I'll reuse the ziff sockets for something else and call it a day. |
