Since documentation is at the heart of most problems with such hardware, I'd suggest you contact the vendor, in this case not the manufacturer, and complain. Have you done that? If you paid for your item via PayPal, you should be able to get a refund if the device is not complete, and PayPal's folks should understand that Chinese doc's aren't of much use to you.

It may not work, but I'd surely give it a try. In the future, however, I'd recommend you DO NOT BUY FROM CHINESE VENDORS!

Before you buy in the future, be sure to ASK SPECIFIC QUESTIONS regarding such things as documentation, schematics, etc, so you know what you're buying. If they say it's fully documented, and it's not, you have a valid way to get your money back via PayPal. BTW, be sure to avoid vendors who charge a lot for shipping, and be sure you know what the shipping charge from you to them will be before you buy. I once had a piece of hardware cost $120 to ship from "Hong-Kong" (actually from GuangDong provice, which is known to have low ethics by Western standards) yet it cost me $540 to ship it back when it turned out to be defective. DHL, for one, gives Chinese businesses much better rates than what they offer here in the U.S.

You have to do whatever it takes to protect yourself, and it matters not whether it's an item costing $10 or $10k. CYA ...
