![]() Simplest solution I can think of right now. The speed with which this circuit switches 'on' is determined by the product of the resistor value and the gate capacitance of the MOSFET. For a 12V input and 300Hz switching frequency, something between 4.7k and 10k will do nicely, I think. The zener is not absolutely necessary, but I always like to add one, to protect the gate from destructive voltages. Rob. |
