haven't used it, but:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Small_Device_C_Compiler The SDCC compiler was used by the FreeRTOS project to port its real-time operating system to the 8051-based Silabs (formerly Cygnal) series of microcontrollers. http://www.freertos.org/index.html?http://www.freertos.org/portcygn.html The Cygnal port was developed on a C8051F120-TB prototyping board (instructions are provided should you wish to use an alternative development board) fitted with a 8051F120 microcontroller. The freeware SDCC compiler was used along with the Cygnal IDE. |
