#165815 - What is your goal? Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Just because it has been done before doesn't necessarily mean that it's not valid as a final year project.
This is why it is so important that you discuss this with your tutors - they are the only ones who really know what makes a "Good" and appropriate project for your particular course. Otherwise, you run the risk of wasting your time - and, thus, spoiling your grade - on something that is inappropriate. Vrishu B said:
the idea should not be too complicated, and easy to implement.. If it's too easy, it won't gain you many marks; conversely, if it's over-ambitious, you'll get stuck and waste time - so, again, discuss this with your tutors!! There's a list of suggested projects in the FAQ section: http://www.8052.com/faqs Here's another: A microcontroller-based speaking clock. Apparently, the BT speaking clock requires only about 85 phrases, IIRC - so it shouldn't be too hard to store them in Flash (only telephone quality) and play them out as required... |
