The Intel 80930AX and 80930HX had both an 80251 core. And that 80251 was just an extended 8051, that can run binary 8051 code. The 80930HX could work as USB host. But this is history, these controllers are no longer available. I worked with them in (approx.) 1997. I also don't know any 8051 today, that has an USB host. J. Christoph |
