#161411 - Fast serial memory? |
I'm not one who uses such things often, but I'm curious whether anyone has encountered a serial EEPROM or other non-volatile serial memory that can be read and/or written at 20 Mbps and can be made to regurgitate its entire contents repeatedly without interruption while simply being clocked from without. It doesn't have to be large, but should be seamlessly cyclical, i.e. simply coughs up its content so long as it's clocked.
No? How about 10 Mbps? Sadly, I can't use anything slower than 10 Mbps. RE |
