So basically what we really have here is a person you worked with who just didn't understand the meaning of "elegant."
and I came to truly despise that word when applied to code. Thus my use whic, in this case, was confusing - sorry.

Anyhow while trying to find a legal reason to fire the above person, he did me a huge favor and sexually harrassed a female employe and made it easy to fire him.
