Thank you for the detailed response. That will be very helpful. I did look at the data sheet, and since it's a part in production, the data sheet is new/current. That means really very little information. It's only a few pages! So recently I started looking for older data books or data sheets online that would go into more detail about low power SRAMs in general. But this response will save me a lot of digging. |
