Good job, James! Thanks for letting me know that everything is working now.
I found in the BACK1: block that because R1 is incremented before the R2 zero test R1 will point one position past the data field. I see in your updated code in the DATA_DISPLAY: block that decrementing R1 before using it solved the problem, and quite elegantly! Well done!
