Ok so right off the bat when I saw that it didnt look right I changed it and since it showed something that looks right I thought it was which makes sense for the jump in 10 degrees. As for the ADC I do understand the step size and max capacity of its output. I looked into it today and found that since the step size is 10mV/F its not gonna be any more accurate than a 2 digit temp, for that I would need a 10 bit adc and alot of work, so ill stick to my 8-bit output. I will repost the code when I get a chance I have class tonight and tomorrow but Ill go fix it and return it to what you said so it displays the right data.
