#187845 - Publishing a Excel file on website |
I have developed a simple but useful Fluid Power calculator in Excel and has about 7 different Work sheets. I want to publish this on my own website so that it is available to many users in my field.
How do I go about doing this ? I have tried one SpreadSheet convertor ( XLS => HTML / SWF ) but somehow not happy with the results as it does not handle Option buttons very well...or I have not tried enough. Being an interactive application, I have a feeling that Java is one possible way. But I have a feeling there must be other platforms for this. Idea is not to start doing it on my own ( at some you must say goodbye to learning new languages !!) but atleast be aware of the possibilities so that I can talk to a web designer relevantly. Any help is welcome. Thanks. Raghu |
