how will you cure the glue? Remember, paste should already be there before you apply the glue.
Then, you have to cure the glue BEFORE reflow, otherwise why would you use it at all? And when you cure the glue, what will happen to the paste - flux will evaporate and paste will dry too... So, I still don't see how to use both glue and the paste. Glue is used when the board is designed to be wave-soldered afterwards... |
