#185153 - advice
Responding to: ???'s previous message
I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help to you. Nonetheless, I stand by my fundamental advice that you abandon the idea of a shock sensor. In order for one to be reliable it would have to have an operational zone in which it would definitely trip at even the most infinitesimal movement if someone tried to move it, but be insensitive to even the slightest of movements associated with normal, non-threatening environmental disturbances (e.g. someone bumping into the table or a truck driving by outside). But since all of these infinitesimal movements are identical, save the fact that in the first case someone is touching the device, you're basically saying that it needs to only react to someone touching it, not to the slight tremors that a shock sensor would detect.

I combined with another feature for that "thief protection" so that "simple shock" didn't sensitive.

Now you could use some sort of capacitive detection, like one of those lamps (or that new faucet) that you turn on just by touching it. I've used such sensors to secure safes in the past. It does take some effort to keep them from being too sensitive, but unlike shock sensors (where it's literally and logically impossible) it can be done.

That's high cost to me...cause "the box" must contain "capacitive detection" at all surface.
and "capacitive detection" didn't available here...
There simple homemade capacitive but made the cost of "box" high cost again, cause all entire surface from "conductor" plate.

Thank you
