By "Debug Probe" I mean the uLink, J-Link, or equivalent: Nowadays, many manufacturers provide this functionality as an integral part of their Dev Boards - so you don't have to buy a separate "lump" like a uLink or J-Link In the example below, the dark-blue part is the "debug probe" ("LPC-Link"), and the lighter part is the "traditional" Dev Board part: In some cases, the "debug probe" part can be used to debug other boards; in some, it is even detachable. |
