#181631 - So true Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Unfortunately the M.Sc I would like to enroll in isn't offered around here. Our's is a small country (Malta). I could always do it abroad after I have done a few years of work experience (and earned some cash, which is a major problem for me at the moment). Having said that there is a masters degree in microelectronics and nanotechnology offered around here which I'm genuinely interested in, but job prospects that would make good use of that kind of knowledge in our country are practically null, except maybe ST Microelectronics, which isn't exactly hiring at the moment as far as I know. As I see it the only motivation for doing an advanced degree around here is purely for the love of it plain and simple and for those that want to teach undergrads, which I'm not interested in. Quite honestly I have thought about the next alternative i.e. Start work after I graduate later this year (If I do pass) and then enroll into an MBA after a good few years experience. |
