But you don't have any 40% unless you use this circuit while charging the battery.
Same thing with NiMH - You may have very high voltages during the charge cycle, but a battery capacity meter would not try to assume that 100% is the charging voltage. So fight it anyway you like - there is no 40% current change for that LED for the discharge curve. The only issue with 15V is to not kill the other LED by overcurrent. Especially if having this indicator circuit enabled when using a pulse charger, or a charger with a "winter" setting. |
