Doing what you suggest is a very painful and difficult thing. It would be MUCH easier to take seriously the suggestions proposed in your previous thread regarding your need for an 80C31-compatible assembler.

The www can provide information on how to interface a PC keyboard, and 8052.COM, among other sites, offers plenty of information regarding LCD interfacing.

Working around a circuit designed with a different goal in mind can be very frustrating, and, considering the technology applied on the board you're considering, well ... I'd anticipate considerable pain. It's probably not worth the effort.
