The 8032 is ROM-less; ie, it needs external program memory. There are, apparently, no eraseable parts on that board - so you will, at least, have to obtain an EPROM.

The 8052 has ROM - not PROM - so you cannot reprogram it. Again, you would have to obtain an EPROM.
